Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Dubuque

I will never return! I stopped by after work at 8:30 PM and ordered some chicken strips. However, when I got home, I found they were so dry that I could hardly chew them. They were hot when they handed them to me, so they must have microwaved them. It was a complete waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1

I arrived at the drive-thru and was told that someone would be with me shortly. After waiting for 11 minutes, I prompted them with a "Hello," and they responded that they would assist me in a moment. Another 13 minutes passed, and I decided to drive away. Waiting over 20 minutes in a drive-thru is absolutely unacceptable. I love Popeyes, but I'm not sure if I will ever return to the Dubuque, IA location again.
