Ice Cream U Scream - Dubuque

This is a lovely restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The ice cream is delicious, even on chilly winter days! I highly recommend it, especially for families – it's a great spot to spend a day with the kids.

Fantastic selection and the best ice cream around! The two-scoop serving is enormous, but when they have a flavor called "This Just Got Serious," you can't resist. It's a small shop, but it’s very clean with enough seating for about 15 people. It looks like you can also purchase pints of ice cream to take home.

They are providing socially distanced service through their walk-up window. It was a lovely chance to enjoy a tasty treat while taking advantage of the nice weather and maintaining social distance. The staff were wearing masks and gloves and keeping everything clean. We sampled three flavors and have discovered three new favorite ice creams!

Great hard ice cream!! I got the Exhausted Parent (bourbon roasted espresso ice cream with semi sweet chocolate chunks) this time, and it was great. I can't wait to see what flavors they have next time.

It was very good and nice and clean the owner's are very friendly. Hands down one of the best Ice Creams in the midwest!!!
