フィードバックを提供するI went through the drive-thru and used my reward points for a free Baconator. I let the cashier know I was redeeming my rewards, so they scanned my phone and took my card. They handed me my food and my card, and I left. After checking my card, I saw I was charged the full price. When I checked my bag, I noticed I received the wrong order. I attempted to reach customer service and ended up on hold for 30 minutes. I called three different Wendy’s customer service numbers but couldn’t get any help. I also tried calling the store four times over the next hour, only to be greeted by a robotic message stating that nobody was available and to try again later. This was by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
I went through the drive-thru and paid, but then I was asked to park because they were waiting on the nuggets. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, so I decided to go inside. The guy who took my order kept walking by me without addressing the situation, until finally a girl from the back came over and asked what I was waiting for. She quickly put my order together while he continued to wander around aimlessly. I won’t be coming back again.
This is perhaps the worst location once considered the best. I have learned that the app specials aren't worth it because if there is a problem, you won't get your money back. This morning I stopped by because I found out that we were out of coffee at home, so I went ahead and ordered breakfast. Got to the pickup window and the associate coughed a deep, pleghmy cough into her hand and then reached for my money. Yeah, I don't think so on any given day, let alone with covid still around. What is it with Wendys and hand hygiene issues? It's at multiple locations, whether picking noses, making food without gloves, whatever. The food isn't bad but consistent hygiene issues, as well as dirty kitchens observed from the counter, has caused me to only visit Wendys once in a very great while. And use cash so you can decline the food because of a serious hygiene issue and still keep your money.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered chicken nuggets, but they were old and stale. So, I decided to go inside, and the service was disappointing. The staff member I encountered was quite rude and even slammed the bag in the trash. She had a bad attitude throughout the whole interaction. They really need to improve their service, as the food consistently lacks freshness.
Well occupied for lunch, which was very nice to see. They had 10 orders to go on the screen alone when I arrived, but I was on my way within 5 minutes with fresh food.
