Wendy's - Dublin

Purchased meal inside since I wasn't sure what to order. Eating area was spotless, marked for separation and staff was extremely helpful with suggestions.

We've been through these. the service was somewhat slow, but the person in the window was friendly and cheerful. the apple pecan chicken salad was delicious!

Not a place to go if they need lunch quickly. this place is consistently slow. they also have a bad habit of increasing only their meal without asking so carefully.

It was lunchtime and the drive-thru was super busy... I thought it was going to be a long wait. Surprisingly... it was soooooo fast! I 've got to say... the host, Robert was just a joy! He was so welcoming, friendly and articulate! He had a smile in his voice and I really appreciated it. He had that drive-thru running at top speed and yet didn 't make us feel rushed at all.The cashier, Artelia was all smiles and equally Johnny on the spot . I had the order in less than a minute and was driving away.This is the very best Wendy 's I have been to in all my years! Extremely well run with top notch employees, quick service and no mistakes on the order. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Just ordered a biggie bag. Easy enough... right? They up sized my combo without even asking me. Which to me is very shady business practice. Give your costumers what they ask for not what you want to sell. Order was correct but their fry oil was so dirty the fries and nuggs left a bad after taste. I suggest driving to the next location.
