フィードバックを提供するThe food was great and served quickly. However, there were some issues. The chicken wings were burned, the gravy was watery, and the cookies were hard. I was told by the company that they would send a $25 gift certificate to make up for it, but I never received it. Despite their claims that it was sent out, I'm still waiting. Because of this experience, I've decided to stop spending $200 a month at KFC. We won’t be going back.
The customer service was friendly and polite when taking my order. The hot wings were made fresh and were deliciously spicy.
The food was great, really great. I’d give it four stars, but I miss their famous peach cobbler. The cookies are wonderfully soft and not overly salty. The drinks seemed a bit watered down, though that might just be the ice. Overall, I’m very satisfied with what I ordered and not disappointed at all.
