Zizzi Dundrum, - Dublin

Waiting for almost 30 mins for mains , Carbonara taste like an pure oil no sauce at all , kids fries full or salt , servers passing not even asking is everything OK? ! Kids waited for fries has to ask if they are on the way ,

Food was OK and the staff were friendly. It's just the service was extremely slow. That was the biggest let down.

Excellent customer service and food. The presentation of both the food and restaurant were great. We even got something on the house. Will definitely come again.
