Pizza Max - Dublin

I placed an order for food at 10 pm on a Tuesday night from a restaurant that is only 15 minutes away from me. I had a long day at work and was eagerly anticipating my meal, but after an hour passed and my food still hadn't arrived, I called the restaurant. The app had indicated that my food was on its way, but they assured me it was en route. Despite being hungry and tired, I waited for another 40 minutes until my phone rang and the delivery driver claimed to be outside. However, when I went out, he was not there, so I called him back and he insisted he was nearby with his lights on. This was not acceptable, so I went to retrieve my order. When I confronted him about the excessive delay, he seemed unconcerned. This experience has led me to decide that I will never order from this restaurant again. Upon opening the box, I discovered that there was no sauce included and the pizza was of poor quality, so I did not even eat it. Avoid this place at all costs.

I tried this restaurant in Swords tonight. I couldn't find it on TripAdvisor, and now I know why. I would recommend avoiding it at all costs. The food was terrible.

I recently ordered two 16-inch pizzas from Pizza Max and was charged for them, but instead received two 12-inch pizzas. This is the second time this has happened and I am very disappointed. The person who took my order tried to insist that I ordered the 12-inch pizzas, even though I clearly ordered 16-inch. There were three adults and three kids in my group, so why would I order 12-inch pizzas? The customer service was terrible and they refused to correct the mistake. I will not be ordering from this place again.

I use to go to this place couple times a week for a bite, as its only seconds from my house, I use to order either a prime beef burger or a chicken burger, and these burgers come with chips and dip always, and they have same name on their menu, so the menu or the name of these meals on their menu that are no longer meals are still the same, so a regular customer I walked in few days ago and ordered my usual thing and got a shocked surprised; to be served just this burger on its own, for the same price, without changing at least the names on the menu or adding more information so a customer can know what you expecting to get... I think this is cheating and this is not how you suppose to treat a regular customer, unfortunately I already came from town and it was late and just wanted something to eat, so I had to take my expensive burger my awful surprise that really turned me off this pizza place in salthill, on top of food there lately are not as they use to be, as few times lately before my biggest shocking surprise got burgers there that would be either saggy with suaces or dry and so is pizzas and kebabs... so for me personally I think this would be my last choice to walking again for something to eat. so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and I'm sure if you are a regular customer you'll know exactly what I'm talking about...

I ordered garlic and cheese fries, but there was an excessive amount of garlic sauce on them, rendering them inedible. I couldn't even finish them. I'm not sure if this was a mistake, but I wouldn't recommend them.
