Self order stands were beneficial during peak hours

KFC as it is fast and welling to serve .. yes it is a small branch and quite crowded and busy because of it is location in Shik Zia’s road and a lot of hotel around so yea you expect to find a lot of customers waiting but with the self service vend machine it helps a lot but the food is really taste much better than any other branches of KFC specially the fries .. the only thing is that the bathroom and washing area is not really clean

Very good experience . very tasty food forever .this location very calm and not much crowded compared to other branches near in shaik zayed road .very good area in up stair and our privacy they protected

Quality of foods was ok but the main problem is the condition of branch, for example, some foods and drinks run out, and at the same time, there are very few items such as napkins and sauce. Meanwhile, the soft drinks that come with the chicken boxes are hot!

I would like to see more professionalism from kfc staff. And I have submitted the feedback haven't got any feedback back from kfc. They can do better.
