The highlight of this restaurant is its convenient location and the fact that they even went out of their way to bring me a cup of coffee that I had missed in the morning at 5:30.

I had some issues with the registration process, so I wasn't able to use the app to earn stars and receive a discount.

Mehh, more expensive coffee, served by a guy in a man's back.

The restaurant is nice, but their employees are incredibly rude and unfriendly. This is especially concerning in a hospital setting, where customers may be experiencing distress.

I am not happy with this Starbucks! I've been several different times each time i have had horrible service. , I am visually impaired and either when I am waiting in line and no one is in front of me or when my coffee is done and ready for me to get neither time has anyone spoken up letting me know I am next or that my coffee is ready. I've always had to ask those around me for assistance, hope something can be done to better improve the service.
