The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. They offer amazing lunch specials.

The experience was quite average; there seemed to be a lack of passion in the preparation of the Chinese dishes.

We had lunch here yesterday and it was fantastic! I ordered the honey chicken with fried rice, and it was delicious! My friend tried two different entrees and said both were excellent as well. Our meals arrived promptly and were served hot. We're definitely planning to return. Additionally, we had a great time chatting with our waiter, Ethan. Keep up the great work, Chui Yuan!

I left a one-star review to express my experience on Mother's Day evening. We had a reservation for 6:30 PM and placed our order at 6:40 PM. There were three of us at the table. The first entree didn't arrive until 8 PM, the second one at 8:20 PM, and the last at 8:35 PM, accompanied by a cold, congealed main dish for one. The next main came about 10 minutes later and was also cold and unappetizing. The first main that came out had clearly been reheated and took another 30 minutes to arrive. We ended up canceling the final main at 9:10 PM after speaking with the owner about the situation. Other diners were also complaining and facing similar delays. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years, but this experience was so disappointing that we will not be returning. We finally ate tea at home around 10 PM. My honest opinion is that this place deserves a score of minus ten, and I believe many other patrons would agree and choose not to return.
