Staff was rude and our food took forever.Over 30 minutes for 2 burgers and a corn dog.Then they were rude when I asked for an update.When I picked up my food abd commented one the delay, they argued with me about how long it took and whether or not they informed me of the delay they even took the time to do so in their response.They were rude from the moment we walked up to the window “hold on” is their standard greeting.A little customer service goes a long way.

I returned today and found they had implemented a QR code and app for ordering. I was really displeased by this. I don't like being forced to install some un-trusted application, or scan some unknown QR code, on my phone that I have no reason to trust to do something as simple as ordering a burger.I passed on ordering this evening and ordered a taco from the taco truck instead.Please place your menu back on the side of your truck and make ordering with the app optional. Until that happens I won't be eating here.

The food here is fantastic! Being there with my family to enjoy a burger was great, with the only downside being a bit of a wait for a family of 5. If they had an online ordering app that would likely solve that. Definitely coming again!Update: Just came here again to have the Waterloo sandwich, hands down my favorite fried chicken sandwich ever.

I come here all the time and the food is always amazing and the service is even better. Definitely I must try in the dripping springs area!!

Unbelievable burger. The bacon jam was great as well as the texan.Our kids loved them as well.The wings were some of the best ive had in years.What a treat!
