Chickie's Pete's - Drexel Hill

I would rate the food a 4, but the service only a 2. We experienced long wait times for everything we ordered. Our server suggested starting with the crab bites, so we ordered two servings, but they only arrived after we finished our lunch. We had to ask multiple times about our order and were informed that there was confusion in the kitchen. Additionally, we had to request cutlery and two more sodas, and even then, it took several reminders. After waiting so long, we approached another waitress for assistance, but she informed us that we needed to order through our original server, which we had already done. If you're really hungry and in a hurry, this is not the place for you. It's unfortunate because I typically leave a higher tip, but the service was lacking. The food itself was delicious, but by the time we received the fries we ordered alongside our lunch, they were cold and soggy.

Like most other Chickie's and Pete's locations, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. The timing was impressive as well; we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, but we were seated within just a minute. Our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had a great dining experience. When we visited in May 2020, the restaurant had taken measures to maintain social distancing between tables. Overall, it was a fantastic restaurant, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

This sports bar is a blast, featuring an incredible selection of beers! I absolutely enjoyed the crabs!
