フィードバックを提供するSorry this is late, we had dinner on Thursday night at Doylestown location. We were seated and everything normal, and then nothing. We were having coffee and talking, and realized our food had not come yet. Our waitress was busy on other side with guests. Finally , the manager was walking our way as I waved her over. She realized our order had not come yet over 30 minutes plus it wasn’t busy. She got the waitress and found out the check had not been processed. Then she jumped into action, the check was put in , and she brought us apps to hold us over. The dinner was good, and the waitress and manager constantly checked in on us. The waitress apologized multiple times for the oversight. The entire bill was taken care of by the manager. We love Perkins for the family atmosphere, good food and nice people. I know mess ups will happen, but how they see handled that matters. Our young people work there, and have great role models in the management team. Bad night turned into great experience!!
The service was very good. The food was very okay. I had the Eggs Benedict. Hollandaise sauce looked very unappealing, but the taste was passable.
Perkins has come a long way. It seems like they are losing touch with the market imo. They had a multitude of furniture and decorations updated but the menu seems a bit perplexingI 'm not sure why they aren 't trying to get away from certain older meals they always had. Granted I did enjoy a few of them but I really wish they would update the menu with OTHER enjoyable optionsI know Perkins is more of a bakery now but I find it funny that on March 14th (pi day π they ran out of pies!! I don 't understand why they thought people wouldn 't be interested in coming on that day specifically for a pieWhat 's odd is, the muffin choices seem to be the same old without thinking about keeping the popular ones in stock. I don 't know if they purposely only cook a certain amount and just run out but I feel like they don 't tell you how many are made etcThe dining room was very nice, unexpected since it 's not the same experience as in just a few years ago. The Warminster Perkins is now gone so this is basically the closest to me and it 's a pretty good hike up 611 towards 313I don 't see myself going out of my way unless I want a royal treatment for a dining room experience. It 's great because during lunch this place was really empty. Meaning you could go to a remote table with a laptop etc. Maybe if the coffee was better or had better options this might be able to get more people here.It 's sad to say that Perkins in this area would be more successful if they had better cafe drinks. With more people being remote this might be a huge market to tap into. Who wants to stay at home all night and day. I find it nice to change it up and Starbucks is too small and crowded imoSorry for the long rant but I don 't know if this Perkins will last. I hope it does considering the new decor.Parking: Try parking near the other side of the building (opposite of the entrance/exit . I found it better than the front because of the sun heating up your vehicleKid-friendliness: Perkins has always been kid friendly for eons! I saw at least two highchairs and they used to have booster seats but not 100% sure since they updated. They used to hand out crayons and a colouring page. They also used to have balloons for certain occasions. I definitely think this is a nice family restaurant. I brought my kids to Perkins for years.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking out front, with ramp access. Plenty of chairs that can be moved out of the way (plus the dining room is rather larger than most restaurants
I bring my sons here for the great kids’ menu, and Sheri and Angela are always so welcoming and attentive we love our outings here!
Excellent food every time we go. Best Pancakes anywhere. Menu has something for everyone. Service staff is wonderful!
