Yum Yum Donuts - Downey

Excellent service with fantastic and friendly staff, and your orders arrive promptly without any wait.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in line for a donut for about 20 minutes, and the main issue was that there was only one person working. They really need to have at least two employees on duty!

I went to order two ham and cheese sandwiches and two iced mocha coffees, and I didn't have to wait long for them. The two women working at that time were very friendly.

Yum Yum Donuts? Yeah, maybe for a little kid or someone whose tastebuds are zapped. My kids agreed they tasted weird on 4/10/22. There's something else... oh, they have a sign saying they check for COVID-19 vaccinations before you eat inside. I didn't stick around to find out if that still holds true. To my knowledge, no other restaurants have done that in Downey. So $4.77 for 3 regular donuts and they were on the hard side at 9:09 AM. I was hesitant to wait for a breakfast sandwich, but I probably should have. Hard pass on this place.

The best Salvadorian Quesadillas you can eat.This particular Yum Yum have a unique recipe to make Salvadorian Quesadillas that are moist and with just the right amount of sugar.I keep coming here even I have to drive 100 miles (50 each way).I will recommend to any one who wants to enjoy a delicious quesadilla with hot coffee.
