フィードバックを提供するMy dining experience was quite average. The prices seem to reflect current inflation, and I've noticed that the portion sizes—at least in my case—are smaller than they were before the pandemic. Additionally, the person who took my order wasn't particularly friendly.
Worst service! I asked the lady for extra teriyaki sauce, and she responded rudely, saying I would have to pay extra. She also made my son wait for a long time for just that. When I asked her to hold on for the sauce, she claimed she could give me a second, but she still kept me waiting.
I gave it 3 stars mainly because the service was quite slow. If the service had been faster, it could have been an excellent experience. However, the food was good.
They have 1 person working drive thru and front counter so now we?re stuck waiting in line for 15 minutes, I guess the manager likes to keep a skeleton crew so he can save company money.
I?d rate it zero if I could. Horrible customer service, the cashier was passive aggressive to my mom, the food took forever to come out and not to mention they got our order wrong. We ordered orange chicken and they gave us beef with chicken when we never eat beef from there and they charged us money for extra teriyaki sauce. I suggest you never come here.
