フィードバックを提供するI ordered my food (3 dinners) and the cashier told me it would take about 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I asked one of the ladies who was walking by how much longer it would take for my order. She said she would check on itWell, she never came back to me, so after an hour 20 minutes, I went back to the original cashier and asked for a refund. Miraculously, my order was sitting on the back counter and he could bag it up for me. Horrible customer service, and the food was cold, dry, and hard. I love the other Green Olive locations, but this location is trash to me. This is not a location I will be revisiting.
The place is standing room only. It's so crowded they need a bigger place because people are dying to get in to taste the food. So many choices all of the ones I've tried are so so good. The flavor is something so tasty and fresh and the meats beef lamb kabob shawerma, gyros are all good. I went on Sunday and can't wait to go back. As soon as possible
Not the first time but I have to report this, my wife went yesterday to get food to go and one of the orders was the lentil soup for $6.99, she took the order and was on the way back home and wanted to check that soup didn't move from its place and make a mess and she found it no soup at all but the put Hummus instead for $7.49, she went back to them and the server said that he put Hummus instead of the soup because the soup was out!!! really! And he didn't tell her about it! And they didn't say sorry and all they said was do you want it or not?! My wife was already exhausted from standing in line first time for about 40 mins and driving back and forth so she didn't argue at all and said No I don't want it and all they did was take back Hummus and refund her the money and no sorry at all from their end!Similar thing happened with me about 3 years back but this time I had to report it. They need to be slow when listening to people and be respectful specially when they do something wrong.
Called for take out, food is not the issue. Service is. Called and was put on hold, but every time I was “placed on hold” the call was hung up. The server spoke extremely fast, did not leave a breath of air for a response. This happened 3 times! I had to interrupt and let the server know to not do it again…. However I waited for an extensive amount of time even after the multiple callbacks. There needs to be a better system for call orders. Not sure when I’ll call again.
Aniel Cruz had great service! We had a mistake in our order but he was able to resolve it in a promptly matter and with a great attitude. Will be coming back. Food was great!Food: 5/5
