Starbucks - Downey

Had to report the manager to corporate, miss Kamille. I was waiting for two Ubereats orders that said ready however the wait time was exceeding almost 30 minutes. Meanwhile she made a wrong drink for someone else and went to another station while the bag stayed empty. I asked another employee if the order was ready (excessive wait time) and she yells across the room it 's being prepared MAAM as if she was already having a bad day. I sat back down in distress because I 'm on the clock and the customers are waiting... she finally hands me the order and says you 're banned here and I am reporting you to ubereats for rudeness I was in no way being rude, I kept to myself and waiting silently until I asked one other employee about the wait time. I had every right to be annoyed for the wait time in general. I grew up in Downey and don 't appreciate being banned from my hometown store for no reason... I go to Starbucks everyday and have spent so much money with this company. I reported her to corporate and gave my number to the district manager to speak further. Kamille was extremely unprofessional and can 't handle this environment as a manager. To speak so boldly on behalf of Starbucks, she needs to be reported. Everyone else was very kind. Sorry you had a bad day Kamilla but don 't bring your problems to work. If you had your store under control you wouldn 't have petty time to ban hard working drivers who help pay your salary. I will be writing my review everywhere. I 'm not banned lol corporate make that clear. She actually reported me to Uber and they removed my score. Please fire her! Reading other reviews she is the rude one and doesn 't deserve a job when others are desperately looking for work.

When I inquired with another employee about the order status due to the long wait, she loudly responded from across the room, "It's being prepared, MAAM," seeming frustrated. Feeling distressed as I was on a tight schedule and customers were waiting, I finally received the order from Kamilla, who then informed me that I was banned from the store and would be reported to UberEats for rudeness. I had not acted rudely but had simply asked about the delayed order. As a long-time customer and resident of Downey, I was taken aback by being banned for no apparent reason. I frequent Starbucks daily and have been a loyal customer, but the way Kamilla handled the situation was unprofessional. I have reported her behavior to corporate and provided my contact information for further discussion with the district manager. It was disappointing to experience such treatment in a familiar place, especially when the other employees were kind and accommodating. I hope Kamilla can improve her management skills and not bring personal issues to work in the future. It's unfortunate that she chose to ban hardworking drivers like myself, who contribute to the store's revenue. I will share my experience in reviews as this incident was unacceptable. It should be noted that I have not actually been banned; this was a misunderstanding.

Today, I received excellent customer service and a delicious drink from Audrey. Thank you! I will definitely be back soon.

Many of the outlets are not functioning, with only the ones near the bench working, but they are always occupied. This appears to be a common problem, and the workers do not seem to care.

I am a regular at this restaurant and they are usually very kind. However, today I accidentally dropped my drink right in front of the store and they made me pay for another one. I didn't expect a free replacement, but I thought the customer service could have been better, especially since the accident happened right outside the door. I was very disappointed with my experience at this place.
