フィードバックを提供するI had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. I'm a student at GMS, and I paid for my drink, but they locked us out. A woman decided to lock the doors because some people were being too loud, but my friends and I were not being disruptive at all. They should have removed the noisy ones instead. To make matters worse, it was 85 degrees outside, and I had to wait 30 minutes to get my drink.
The staff at this Starbucks have a poor attitude if you don’t tip them; they make you feel guilty about it. Times are tough, and not everyone can tip every time they buy a coffee. The manager at this location, on Florence and Paramount, should address this issue with the employees. It’s unacceptable to treat customers in such a way.
Wow! When I arrived, there were over seven cars in the drive-thru, so I figured it would take ages to get my food. I decided to go inside instead, and surprisingly, there were no customers in the restaurant. By the time I finished placing my order, which took just about three minutes, the line in the drive-thru had decreased by five cars. Impressive! The staff was truly working as a team and providing outstanding customer service without overlooking anyone. They really know how to do their job! Out of all the locations I've visited, this one is definitely the best—from Orange County all the way to Santa Monica!
20 minutes ago I ordered a coffee! They took their time and my bus was coming! Told them I would come another day to pick it up! A bleached blond punk came outside with the coffee as my bus was coming! I said my hands were full and could not grab it! She left it over a trash can and left!
This particular Starbucks is usually pretty busy however I came at a time where that was not the case. Service was quick and friendly and my drink was perfect.
