Starbucks - Downey

They locked us out and I payed for my drink im a student at gms. This lady locked out students because people were being to loud. But me and my friends weren't being loud they should have kicked out the ones that were. While it's 85 degrees outside. They gave me my drink 30 minutes later.

These Starbucks employees have a nasty attitude if you dont tip them they make you feel guilty, times are hard and you cant tip every time you buy coffee .the manager from this location florence and paramount needs to have a talk with there employees its unacceptable to behave that way towards your customers.

Wow. When I pulled up there was 7+ cars in the drive through. I decided to go in because I was like this is going to take forever. I parked no customers were inside. By the time I finished my order 3 minutes or so the line had jumped down by 5 cars. Wow!Every single one of them working together and providing excellent customer service not to forget anyone. The staff here rock! Out of all the locations I've been to this one by far is the best from Orange County all the way to Santa Monica!

20 minutes ago I ordered a coffee! They took their time and my bus was coming! Told them I would come another day to pick it up! A bleached blond punk came outside with the coffee as my bus was coming! I said my hands were full and could not grab it! She left it over a trash can and left!

This particular Starbucks is usually pretty busy however I came at a time where that was not the case. Service was quick and friendly and my drink was perfect.
