Noodles And Company - Downey

Put a order for pick up and when I got there, their was one person in front of me. The cashier with pink hair helps the person place their order then proceeds to look at me and turn around to go wash their hands for three minutes. After washing her hand she going to the back for which felt like another 4mins doing God knows what. She finally comes back to hand me my food which had been sitting in the pick up section the whole time. The purpose of placing a pick up order is to not have to spend time ordering and waiting for the food to be prepared and this cashier make me wait such an unnecessary amount of time. The reason for the three stars is because the food was delicious.

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the Japanese style noodles with steak as recommended by the menu. I have to say this is the worst food I've had in quite a while. I thought PF Chang's was the saltiest food I've had in a long time, this place gives it a run for its money. I can see broccoli, sesame seeds, and carrots. I can't taste any of them though because all I taste is salt and a weird sour soy sauce flavor. The only positive side is the spiciness is a good level. Definitely won't be going back as the price was fairly high as well for what I got.

First time here. Food was tasty. We ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai, chicken Thai soup, Japanase Soba noodles, side of potstickers, kids mac n cheese. Store was clean and staff were helpful. The food was tasty but my potstickers were cold, I asked them to reheat and I got them back squished flat. They were o.k. I will be back to try the zucchini noodles.

We had a delicious meal!! Everything was so good. Great new find! Can't wait fo my next visit
