Mcdonald's - Downey

I always have issues with my order at this McDonald's no matter when I go. Frustrating, shaking my head.

I appreciate that they offer 2 for $3 value items like the McChicken and McDouble. The fries were fresh, but the consistency can sometimes be lacking.

Bad! oatmeal was terrible, only water and nothing else! no spoon, no beats. mcmu6 had egg shells. really bad service. never go to this place again!

This is another place you should pass up when you're hungry after hours.They've always got some reason why they don't have what you want. It's always The ice cream machine doesn't work, or our system is shut down til it re-boots,Then there's, Cash only,No Cards They must not want to be bothered, or just don't care about customer satisfaction.If they did they would go out of their way to achieve satisfaction. Because back in the day CUSTOMER SATISFACTION was always#1.

If i can give 0 stars i would. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too, i went in with my son and 2 brothers to eat here when we arrived it was empty we where the only ones there ... It had been 20 mins and still haven't received my order! We asked about it one staff said no order came in , then another one said my order will be out soon , Will never step a foot here again ! Wasted 30 mins there for nothing !
