Mod Pizza - Downers Grove

Super friendly service. they choose what they want on their pizza and within few minutes it is ready. I suggest watching the menu online before I go in to speed up the dinge. fast comfortable we will definitely return when in the opposite.

I guess I may have to ask for extra tomatoe sause as when they ladle on the first scoop, they kind of swirl it all so thin or even off, that there isn't much left. But they are attentive to whatever other toppings you prefer. Any when my crust bubbled in the oven, and pushed ALL the toppings to two separate piles leaving blank spots, I was offered to have a new pizza made and even given the origial one to take home, as well. Somebody is going to eat that at home!! Thanks, MOD. I'll be back but be requesting more base sauce, next time.

The people were very friendly and nice. The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were really clean as well. The food was also very good. I will most certainly visit MOD pizza again. They also offer a few beers on tap which is pretty cool. They were also quick to serve my food.

Been to this MOD Pizza location a handful of time now, and I have to say the service is a hot mess. Plenty of staff on hand but not much communication between each other, which makes building your own pizza take much longer than other MOD locations I 've been to. On the plus side if you can wait and have the patience to move through the line, the pizza always seem to come out nice and crispy throughout. Location appears to be relatively new. Decent parking. Staff could use a re-up on training and procedures to help make the ordering experience more pleasant and efficient. 'Til next time.

Great Pizza, the ladies who worked her were especially nice and professional. I tried the Margerita pizza for the first time and it was delicious, I asked they bake mine a little longer because I like the crust to be well done. MOD is my 2nd favorite pizza and I enjoy eating here a couple of times a month. I think what I like most about their pizza is the crust. Will be back soon.
