Jersey Mike's Subs - Downers Grove

I placed an order on their app at 12:45 for a 3:45 pickup. My order was not ready. The woman behind the counter putters around for a few minutes then hits a key or two on the register and pulls up my order and audibly huffs. I wait several more minutes with no apologies from either one of the workers while they assist other customers. Now I am getting visibly upset and the same lady asks why I'm upset. She became argumentative and made an offensive comment. She was unprofessional, rude and disgusting.Too bad because the guy who worked with her is very nice and accommodating. I will no longer make my weekly sandwich run at that location.

Ordered online and picked up the curbside. So didn't really get to see much to the window. But I would have to say that it's one of the better Jersey Mike locations to go to.

First time eating there and I was super impressed. Will definitely be going back.

The bread was fresh, the meat was so fresh the girl made my sandwich perfect!

They never get my order correct and forget ingredients. The regular gets smaller every time I go there. This was the smallest one yet.
