Wait 15 minutes for mobile order and then had to tell them to make it because they didn’t even start it. This is the second or third time. Avoid!!

This Dunkin sucks, disorganized, slow, and a stupid computers don’t work, right, go somewhere else. Trust me.

That used to be our favorite place to sit down have a nice cup of coffee and a donut. But recently there have been quite a few vagrants sitting and sleeping in one or both booths or just sitting and staring at you. This a testimonial of absentee ownership and it is unacceptable! I asked one of the servers if they allowed this and she said no, but did nothing about it! We will not be using this Dunkin Donuts in the future.
