Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

Just now had the worst experience at Rita's ever. Staff is unprofessional. The girl had her ear pods in (which is fine if you can multi-task but when you are only giving me gestures and sounds when responding to my question then there goes the issue. Wasn't engaging at all. Didn't even know her line was open she was just sitting there on her phone and looking at her nails I guess. I asked her is your line open she gave me a very slight nod so I asked again and got the same nod. So I'm making my selection and I say blendini and she says uh huh and proceeds to walk off and make it. Then she comes back ask for the payment and I give her my card , she comes back and hands me the card and I said thank you and she said NOTHING AT ALL. It was never like this but I guess this is the times we live in. I'll drive to Milford location they are much nicer and professional

I had a hot fudge sundae, besides vanilla they gave me chocolate ice cream, not the best hot fudge sundae I ever had

The Dover location has become a joke. You wait in line forever. The employees move slower then a snail. You have two types of products (water ice and custered) your not preparing a full meal. Their is no sense in having five customers in front of you and it takes over 25 minutes. I stood in line there at the beginning of the season for over 40 minutes. I drive to the Milford location for snappy service.

Perfect treat on a hot day, recieved a free one the week of my birthday.

Was my second time here. the employees were very friendly and made sure that they wanted what they ordered pushed other products.
