Rice - Dover

I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but I am not happy with the way the employee who answers the phone treats customers. I was tempted to give only 1 star, but it wouldn't be fair to the rest of the staff who are not responsible for that one employee's attitude. I called on December 8th at 5:58 pm, and my first call a couple of weeks ago was also met with a rushed and impatient response from the same employee. That time, I placed a large order totaling $23, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he may have been having a bad day. However, today, he was once again rude and impatient when I asked about order sizes. I just wanted to order a meal for one person without having to spend $23 again. Sadly, I don't think I will be calling this restaurant again. It's disappointing because I love the food, but I don't appreciate feeling like a nuisance when ordering.

I called to inform them that my order was missing items, but the person on the phone insisted that I drive back to the restaurant, which is a 30-minute drive away. They also accused me of lying. I will be looking for a new sushi restaurant.

This restaurant is a peaceful spot with delicious food. They have a welcoming atmosphere where you may become a regular and be recognized by name. Be sure to try their specialty sushi rolls.

Food is always fresh! Anything on the menu is good! We have tried many items but personally like the fried wonton, wonton and egg drop soups, Szechuan beef, and sesame chicken. They even have a nice dine-in section with about a dozen tables.

I was super surprised by this place in a good way! I expected just a regular take out place but it?s a nice sit down place and has interesting and delicious sushi! I tried the Naruto roll and funky monkey roll, I?ve never had a roll wrapped in cucumberinstead of seaweed or a roll with fresh banana. It was honestly way too good. I thought the combinations different and verytasty. I?ll definitely come back when I?m in the area!
