Katana Japanese Sushi&hibachi - Dover

The food was significantly worse than it was a couple of years ago, and we had to wait 30 minutes for our meal because the cook was eating and didn't start preparing our food until he finished.

I hadn't visited in quite a while, but I really enjoyed my dinner there last night.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! You would never guess from the outside that the food is so delicious. The sushi rolls are fantastic, and the fried rice is the best I've ever had. We will definitely be coming back! The place is exceptionally clean and has a modern vibe.

The food was great! There was one waitress taking care of the tables. She did a good job but its hard to keep up with all the tables. We spent over $100.00 that day for (7 persons-kids included)
