The restaurant offers New England Coffee, which is a popular and reputable brand. The location is charming, but the menu felt overwhelming with too many options. It would benefit from a more streamlined menu that prioritizes quality. The cold brew had a somewhat gritty texture, but the decaf coffee was freshly brewed, which was a nice touch.

The customer service from the owner was terrible. An item I ordered was priced at $5.50, but when I asked for a little cream cheese, the total jumped to $7.95. When I inquired about the price, she responded with an attitude and insisted that I was mistaken. I could have purchased a whole package of cream cheese for that price difference! This approach is a surefire way to lose customers—if not many.
