I love Firehouse Subs. The food is amazing. The service was ok. They were courteous but not overly friendly. My food was amazing!Food: 4/5

This was only our second time getting the chance to eat here in the last couple of years and we wanted a change of pace from our normal spotsBut we'd recommend giving it a try.The entrance, the dining room and the restrooms were all cleaned and well maintained. Napkins, lids and straws were all well stocked and easy to find.There were many predesigned subs from which to choose, but the option to build your own was also available.My wife had the Italian, while I enjoyed the New York Steamer. We both ordered the small combos as we were not overly hungry and the portion was the right size for us and still filling. Both subs were very tasty.We had very little interaction with the workers except when we ordered and they briefly brought our order to the table. It was not that they were unfriendly, but somewhat unengaging.We will go back if we have the chance.

Terrible customer service. Order was not ready. Did not have diet cokes and would not remove from bill. I recommend you go elsewhere unless you like terrible customer serviceFood: 3/5

The ingredients are fresh and healthy, the bread is fresh. However the price is quite high. 15 bucks for a sandwich with no chips or drinks....Food: 5/5
