I find it frustrating that my orders made through the website are often not ready at the designated time. If I place an order half a day in advance for a specific time, it's clear that I don't want to wait an additional 40 minutes for it to be prepared! What's the issue with adjusting the website settings if the chefs can't keep up? This situation happens regularly. This feedback is specifically for the sushi wok location in Ruza.

I would give it a 4 because they sometimes forget to include something in the order, but otherwise, the food is delicious. Recently, we've only been ordering from there. The rolls are juicy, not small, and very tasty! The promotions and discounts are quite good and happen frequently!
