This review follows two drive orders this month. On two occasions, non-full orders, a missing menu today! . Sauces billed in addition but not provided. Some products are cold, especially compared to those being about hot. I was hoping to eat a hot meal, not cold products definitely out after a long stay in a device that must try to keep them warm. A little freshness than hell! I found myself cooking at home after placing an order at over 30€ to compensate for the missing menu. Great Quick! We really have money for yours. When we call the restaurant, we fall on a voicemail telling us the opening hours and not taking a message. Is that a way to deal with your incompetence? The in-room orders went better because I was on the spot to claim what I ordered and paid. Only positive point the staff is smiling. I will no longer put my feet in a restaurant of your franchise and especially in Dorlisheim.
