Eaten here for the first time; everything tasted REALLY GOOD. I’m definitely come back.They got robotic machines to bring you small things like a drink, bowls of rice.The hotpot is given to you by waiter and they it stays lit up.

Me and my brother went on a Saturday night, he had Curry Hot Pot, and I had Cheese Hot Pot. The flavors were delicious, the broth was full, the ingredients were very fresh. The serving size was more than enough for leftovers. The bowl was hot! And the atmosphere was loaded with visuals like red booths, a projector that was person-responsive on the ceiling, an AI robot that brought out our rice, utensils that were made of black ceramic, and a bar that was custom, made of dark oak, and finished with a thick sealant. We also enjoyed the boba tea sans boba.Been here twice! Worth the price!

Food is good but service is TERRIBLE. They charge an automatic 20% tip so they don't care about you at all. Want more water? Want them to put your fire out? Want more napkins? Ready to pay the bill? Good luck. You basically have to hunt down the waiters because they will never come to you after they give you your food. In fact some of your food comes out on a robot, so you might literally never see a single useful human worker.

Food is okay, but the service is atrocious. We walked in a little after 7pm, and there’s no one at the door to greet or guide us. Looking around, there is a a long line of people waiting to be seated, with one server running around taking orders.After a few minutes, the useless girl at the counter making drinks while on the phone mumbles towards us that there are no tables available. Almost immediately, the server running around finds 4 tables to seat the 3 parties ahead of us and then us. No idea how the girl has a job.After placing our order, we were told it would be 15 minutes. In reality, it was 35-40 minutes. Meanwhile, the girl making drinks looks lost as she delivers the wrong drinks to multiple tables. Despite getting our food, we weren’t even given proper utensils, napkins, or sauces. So the meal was quite sour by this point.Would consider giving the food a second try but the staff needs an overhaul before I go for dine in again.

This place is better than I thought! Broth is amazing and can’t wait to come back and try the other flavors. The portion is perfect! And service is great as well. I like my soup hot continuously, so the fire underneath the pot was perfect. It did burn out twice on me but the server helped relight it right away. Atmosphere is pretty cute as well, with changing pictures on the screen above your head.
