Horrible service, they never greet us pleasantly, the phone rang and instead of asking us to wait a moment the man who’s a little older who’s been there, started making someone’s sandwich who called. The other man finally took our order and when my Daughter was telling him what she wanted on the sub, he stopped her and said “just look at the list and tell me what you don’t want .” Unbelievable!!!

To drive an hour to taste your food to be told “ i am out of bread i think” and to say y’all out of luck when it says you don’t close till 8pm . Was disappointing to say the least . And the gentleman making the sandwiches his attitude was horrible . And it was the i think that kept us in line . Then to roll your eyes when asked well what can we get because again we drove an hour to you. From what i heard you have great food and my though are you should be prepared for things like this especially when it says you close at 8pm not 6. Do better be nicer.

I got the Steak Hot Sub and it was very bland. The green peppers had no seasoning or taste. The steak had no taste. My sister got a grilled chicken sub and it was frozen grilled chicken from a bag you get at Walmart for the salads.The bread and side of pasta salad was delicious. A subway sandwich has more taste then the subs in this place. The restaurant was not clean and had dust all over the AC vents and dead bugs, spider webs and dead flies in the window seals.

I was having a rough day and already when my order was prepared improperly but thankfully I got ahold of Mr. Phil who was gracious and willing enough to accommodate me by remaking my order the following day. I truly appreciate you guys and everything you do as I come here quite often. Thanks so much because you have no idea how such a small gesture has made me feel so much better about the day I was having.
