Smoothie King Doral

Went to the smoothie king on 8th street and loved my banana boat smoothie! Went to the doral location and ordered the same thing and it was awful!! Smoothie tasted rotten and like medicine! DO NOT COME HERE !!!

I used to frequent this location before the new Smoothie King location on 25th St. opened but now I will be going back to ordering from this SmoothieKing location in Doral. It has always been professional, and has a courteous and attentive staff.

I have been coming here when it was run by the old management which by the way has a lot much better manners than the current manager who is nor aware of the importance of how to treat a customer everyday we come into your store since we are the onesthat keep your business alive !! No good afternoon ! No how may i help you !! This manager is very rude in every way !! Hope youunderstand that i am an everyday customer because i love and believe in this products !!

* The location looked old, dingy, and uninviting. * The staff didn’t even greet me. I was met by two teenage girls who seemed more interested in their phones than taking care of the only customers they had, even though I was prepared to tip. While I was trying to decide on which smoothie to get, I finally settled on a strawberry/mango blend. I asked one of the girls if I had made a good choice, and she gave a vague "yes." The smoothie was made behind a screen, so I couldn't see how it was made or gauge the cleanliness of their practices. Unfortunately, the smoothie tasted like a frozen gelato from Publix, not the delicious treat I had anticipated. I barely got through a quarter of my 20oz (small) cup before I decided to throw it away. It just didn’t meet my expectations, and I felt like I was wasting calories on a poorly made drink. I’m sure there are better smoothie places out there worth trying, but this won’t be one of them.

On the 8th, I visited Smoothie King and absolutely loved my banana boat smoothie! However, when I went to the Doral location and ordered the same thing, it was terrible. The smoothie tasted rotten and like medicine! What a disappointment!
