Pure Joy - Doral

I went here a few days ago for brunch with a friend and i thought the food looked really good based off the images. I had the fruity waffle, usually the waffles i have are very crunchy and fresh. This waffle didn’t have a crunch to it at all it was soft and the flavor was very bland. It wasn’t warm instead it was cold not even room temperature. My friend had the matcha which was quite tasty. I had the pink flamingo to drink. It tasted pretty artificial, I thought that the juice would be made with fresh fruit and ingredients. It tasted like they used a bunch of juices with preservatives to make it. This was probably the worst thing I got. We also had the llanerito which was the best thing I ordered but even then the meat was room temperature and the rice was cold. The last thing we got was the prosciutto and apples flat bread which was decent but they over did the blue cheese. I personally only like a little blue cheese so i didn’t like the flatbread that much. The cheese overpowered all the other toppings on the flatbread. It was basically a blue cheese flatbread. If there was less blue cheese I would’ve enjoyed it. Overall, I would only come back here for the meat everything else was average or not to my taste. The food looks better online that it is in person.

At the enchanting culinary haven of PURE JOY, the experience is simply exceptional. Mr. Vera and his family, headed by his wife Milagros and daughter Mariana, radiate love and hospitality. Every bite of their delicious meals and snacks is a pleasure for the palate. Gabriel and all the staff demonstrate unparalleled kindness and attention. As I am a regular visitor to pure joy and a demanding consumer of good coffee; I give particular credit to Ms. Albany, who creates coffee with a magical touch and an infectious smile. The atmosphere is cozy and the products stand out for their quality and freshness. In addition, the impeccable level of hygiene and care in every corner of the premises is evident. In short, without a doubt, PURE JOY fully lives up to its name. Every visit to this enchanting place is an experience of distinctive and pleasurable pure joy that reflects its own personality.

I went the other day with my friend and was a bit disappointed. We got the ”Fruity Waffle” and it looked beautiful but was bland and a bit cold. The “Prosciutto and Apples Flatbread” was really good but if you do not like blue cheese then request less or get something else. I personally thought that the blue cheese was overpowering a little but it was still good. The “Llanerito” was the best part because the meat was really good, but the mashed potatoes and rice were alright. We also got the “Pink Flamingo juice” and it tasted too artificial for my taste, but if you’re into that then get it. Lastly we got the “Matcha Latte” and it was decent. Overall the service was good but food was mid. Parking: Only park on the first and second floor of the garage.
