Pollo Tropical - Doral

I had a frustrating experience with my takeout order. When I got home, I discovered that not only was a dessert missing, but they also failed to provide the other two desserts I had already paid for. I drove back to Pollo Tropical to explain the multiple mistakes and politely requested to speak with the manager. Although they were willing to check, I was told that Manager Karen was too busy to talk to me. Another employee tried to ask for me, but the response was still that Karen was too busy to address customer issues. It’s unbelievable that the managers won’t speak to customers when they’re busy!

I visited this restaurant for some wraps and their cuatro leches dessert. I arrived at 8:33 PM, but although it was supposed to be open until 10 PM, they had run out of chicken. The kitchen was cold and clean, but it seemed like they weren't fully prepared for closing time. I believe that all menu items should be available until closing hours.

The taste was good, but the chicken was extremely dry! I couldn't even finish my meal! All just an average fast food place if you need a quick bite

Pollo Tropical has always been my go-to spot for rice and beans, and they've never let me down until now. This time, however, they took my meal to an entirely new level. The Guac Tropi-Chop is undoubtedly the best Tropi-Chop I've had so far. It comes with either chicken or steak, generously topped with guacamole over the rice and beans. You absolutely need to try it with a guava Tropi-Chiller, which was also fantastic. Everything, from the fried yuca to the sauces, was incredible. I would easily rate this a perfect 10/10 for its delicious food, great prices, freshness, and speedy service.

I ordered 2 trio meals that supposed to have sausage, chicken and pork. Both meals came with NO PORK. One meal had a burned chicken and burned sausage. The other one had undercooked chicken that tasted raw. The WORST POLLO TROPICAL EVER
