Brunch 165 - Dorado

Boom! Que delicia. Best Brunch in town FOR SURE!!! First time going today Ap 23 2017 with the Mrs. Tried the Rubio pulled pork sammy, the carnitas tacos and the fruit nutella cream cheese waffle. EVERY THING was awesome! Amazing flavor in all the meats. Truly. The waffle itself was amazing with a perfect amount of fruits and sweet glaze. Not too much not too little. And perfect for sharing. We live in Dorado and are constantly frustrated at the limited, to say the least, breakfast choices (no brunch choices). So this place, being as good as it was this first time is a God send. The owners are super friendly and kind. The local being home built and by the chefs own hands is beautiful. Como una casa de campo bien lindo bien relax. The localization is nice as well, very accessible. I cant wait to go back. Im rambling now, I rabmle when something is really good and excited. Hope for the best for these guys! All Super Rico! Of the menu I love El Rubio and with a good natural parcha/limon juice is priceless. I recommend it.

Amazing to see young souls putting so much into their business. You go guys!!! It was my first time today and ordered twice! Yes, that yummy! Can't wait to be back for anther breakfast waffle lacto-veggie friendly.
