I have steaks in some of the best steaks houses in the usa, england, holland, brazil and the Swiss eaten....but these were the best bark experiences of my life. the padrón is a man who cooks with love and passion (a rare quality in these days). I loved the secret and rustic feeling of the restaurator, which was accompanied by those who had care and smile. not only was the bark amazing, but the fine local and international wine to choose, juicy vegetables that accompanied the meat and desolate enough to close such an excellent meal! a must for all who love food and a real Italian experience to do with steaks and gastronomy!

It's a very good restaurant at the beginning of the Aposta Valley. It's delicious. Best meat! Try Tomino Caldo's cheese in a fancy shirt.
