Red Bird Bakery - Doniphan

I wish I had a great photo to share with this review, but every time we get the pizza, it's gone to get a quick one!! Only the correct amount of cheese and blows on a perfectly chewing but crunchy crust! Good 15 minutes drive north to get a few cakes and of course we always make sure to pick up some of the brown butter rice crispy delicacies. Keep the good work Red Bird!!

We have lunch at Ken’s Appliance for our work crew and it was a HIT. I'm on keto, so I ordered a keto crust pizza and it was so delicious. We also have the Brown Butter Rice Krispies and Garlic Knots and my crew loved them too. We will definitely be customers again!

We recently discovered their homemade cinnamon rolls, and we can't get enough! They are, without a doubt, the largest and tastiest homemade rolls we've ever had. The 15-minute drive from GI on a Saturday morning to pick them up is absolutely worth it (you can place your order in advance). We also tried their cupcakes, and they were incredibly delicious as well! This place is fantastic!

Granola, cinnamon rolls, and caramel pecan rolls—everything was delicious! However, the pizza was like a little slice of heaven for my taste buds. I bought it in a ready-to-bake style so we could enjoy it fresh out of the oven, and we absolutely loved it! The flavors filled my kitchen, and it tasted as amazing as it smelled.

Well worth the drive from Grand Island! Pizza was very good. Dough was well developed and had a perfect hint of sweetness to counterbalance the tomato sauce and saltiness of the meat toppings. The garlic knots were incredibly good as well. You won't be disappointed.
