Ceramic Coffee Dollard-des-ormeaux

Just had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. She offered me a 5$ coupon to leave a review on google. For some reason google would not upload my review and she refused to honour the 5$ I was offered. It’s too bad, because without her poor managerial skills, My children and I would have had a far better experience without such a spur ending. Customer service and appreciation goes a big way to help keep customers returning.
