フィードバックを提供するHowever, when I returned last night, there were two servers on duty and I was attended to by waitress Kim. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. While placing my order, I overheard her being disrespectful towards the other server and a manager (who was a short Hispanic lady with a different shirt). After arguing, she abruptly left, muttering curses under her breath. Another waitress came to apologize and explained that they were trying to find a new server to attend to me and other tables still waiting for their food. This was not the professional and pleasant experience I had expected, especially after my previous visit. I hope management takes action to address this issue. I will make sure to call ahead next time to ensure a professional server is working.
This was noticeably the nicest Denny's we have been in, possibly ever. Not our first rodeo, so we know what to order. Whoever was cooking definitely knew what he or she was doing, and since we're in the habit of rewarding excellence, we got a highly expensive waitress who absolutely earned every penny. Thoroughly refreshing! Recommended.
Stopped in here en route to San Fransisco for takeout. It was later in a weekday, so not busy at all. The hostess/server was very pleasant and took my order right away. I ordered the Cobb salad and it was well made with a sufficient amount of dressing to go with it. I didn't have to wait long at all. One of the better Denny's en route between Sacramento and San Fransisco.
It's ironic because it was my birthday and my mother and I went to this restaurant for dinner. We both ordered cheeseburgers, but they were so overcooked it was unbelievable. We're talking about charcoal here. How can you not realize they were burnt so badly? The waitress took them back and corrected them, but it really put a damper on my birthday dinner. This is the second negative experience I've had in a month at two different Denny's locations. I used to enjoy their 2 4 6 menu, but it seems like the quality is going downhill. Denny's, you need to step up your game or you'll continue to lose loyal customers. And $4 for a coke is way too expensive. Let's do better.
On 7/22/13 Saturday 12:30am approx. Lolly the night GM verbally attacked the cook . You could hear her berating him in the kitchen. Then she went after Kim the server by belittling her ,,again for all the restaurant to hear. Mind you the entire time she was melting down she could have been trying to help Kim who was swamped. Very unprofessional . I am a regular here and would be happy to have the owner contact me to let them know what is going on. .
