The restaurant did not open on time. Despite the online hours stating they would open at 6:00 a.m., when I arrived at 6:05 a.m., no one was at the drive-thru window. I saw an employee inside at the register.

I really appreciate that there is no extra charge for adding jalapeños to any dish! With a coupon, I was able to get a large drink and 3 sandwiches for just $9. The only issue was that the bun on the burger was unexpectedly cold.

This fast food restaurant is my absolute favorite. The cashier with the incredible voice and beautiful hair was fantastic! I highly recommend the number 11. 12 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

I love Carl's Jr steak burrito and their burgers are far better than the rest of the fastfood joints out here.

The restaurant was dirty and the service was mediocre, but the real disappointment was the decline of Carl's Jr. They used to offer their famous double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, which was their signature sandwich. It used to be dripping with BBQ sauce and bacon, creating a delicious mess with every bite. The burger was so good that it left a lasting impression, making you crave more. However, the current version of the sandwich is a far cry from its former glory. The new Western Bacon Cheeseburger comes with minimal toppings and lacks the same flavor and quality as before. It's a sad reminder of what Carl's Jr. used to be. Hopefully, they can bring back the original recipe and restore their reputation as a top burger joint.
