I regret driving there, as they closed the doors at 7 PM. While it might have been because they were only doing online pickups, I did manage to go in and place an order when a woman helped me. I really love Chipotle, but this experience was disappointing.
My experience at the restaurant was awful. The cashier hurried to take my payment just so she could assist a white customer next. I felt discriminated against and won't be returning. When I finally received my drink, the same white employee asked me about one of the beverages, and I simply looked at her and said I didn't know before walking away. This was one of the most racist experiences I've ever had. To clarify, I am Black. Thankfully, I am giving them one star, but that's solely for the kitchen staff.
I'm so tired of this place. It's the one closest to me, but always has a problem. For example, 4. June 2022 at 9:30 there is no steak anymore. So whether it's because you're all running out or because the staff is lazy? But I'm here for the third time without steak. I'm tired? Last time to come to this place 2 July 2022? I'm lonely. Yes, the NEARING to me, and I have a promise to come, DAGGONE FOOD! Smh!
