Absolutely infuriating experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! Arrived, waited for 20 minutes, and shockingly, no host or hostess bothered to acknowledge us. Zero greeting, zero service! Unacceptable! Ruined what should've been an enjoyable time in a lively atmosphere. Disappointed beyond belief. This level of neglect at Buffalo Wild Wings needs immediate attention and improvement. Food: 1

So This is Our second Time that we had to go through Poor Service we came 5.45Pm and we waited so long for Someone to come and take the order but we ended up going to them asking to take our order. Wings came after 45 minutes and wrap 20 minutes later when wings were cold. They Need to do better or shut down the restaurant!! Poor service Very disappointed! Service: Dine in

This was the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Waited almost an hour to finally get seated. While waiting, everyone that came in after me got sat. After finally voicing out, I was told the only option they have for me is to order off the QR code someone will bring out our food. We did not even receive the bare minimum. We ordered off the QR code and no one asked if we needed anything. But instead the lady who brought out our food came said to close out when done she’s leaving for the day. There was no napkins, straws or even plate given to us. We got our own drink refills from the drink fountain on the left side of the restaurant. The manager was even worst to begin with.
