This is a fantastic local ice cream shop in Dingle. The brown bread ice cream is delicious—perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, yet wonderfully rich and creamy. Just a heads up, the chunks of brown bread...

We were outside studying the board displaying all the intriguing flavors when a friendly staff member came out to inform us that we could sample more than just the few options we initially considered.

We had heard great things about Murphys before our trip to Ireland. When I tell you that once a day we had ice cream at LEAST (if not twice) for the 4 days in Dingle... I'll tell you the truth. It's good. Murphy's has several unique flavors, and we have them ALL. Our favorites, however, that we always came back, were the Irish brown bread and the dingle gin and pink peppercorn. We've been back in the States for 5 months, and I'm still dreaming about this ice cream. Murphys please PLEASE ship to the USA!!!
