フィードバックを提供するI ordered the ride, and they told me to move to the parking lot because it would take 3 minutes to get my food. I just pulled out of the drive through the lane into a parking lot. About 15 minutes later, I came out of my car and went in. They told me they couldn't find me in the parking lot, so the manager gave me the bag with foods that were sitting under a heat lamp. Well, that's not what I call good service. The food was soggy and cool. I'm a local and I'm not going back to BK.
Trash trash trash . Worst Burger King of my life.fries were alright but this chicken sandwich .... I’m scared to eat it . Y’all didnt have to do me like this ...
I guess this BK defrosted their meat under fans. This was disgusting, employee meals and drinks out, trash on floor. This pretty much made it to where I wont to ANY BK ever again
The people here were so rude because they got my order wrong. Literally argued with me that they were correct. I’m a vegetarian I wouldn’t order a burger with two meat patties and bacon. They refused to replace my order with the correct one after taking the food back. The man who doesn’t speak good English took the burger and threw it in the trash. I had to call corporate to try to get my money back. I was literally the only person in line when I originally ordered.
For starters, it took ten minutes for me to even be acknowledged and I was the only person in line. After I placed my order, I watched as 5 different people came inside from the drive through to complain about missing or incorrect items on their order. Sure enough, once I received my order, I admittedly should have checked it immediately but I was in a rush. Sure enough! No sauce for my nuggets. Get it together and train your staff better I’m not sure what’s so difficult about this job.
