Restaurant Akatsuki - Dijon

Restaurant with my brother after a rough day on the wine route, we ordered Japanese beers, two kinds of gyozas and a soup with udon noodles with fried tofu for my brother and I of the slutty pig with yakisoba noodles (memory?). we really enjoyed, the dishes were hot, full of flavors. As previously seen, little flat on the time of service: we arrived at 20 hours (by booking), the restaurant was not full but the dishes took a lot of time to arrive...On the other hand, the service is impeccable, one of the waitresses even has the very respectful habits of service to Japanese, by bringing the drinks to two hands for example, which pushed my brother back on his trip to the japon:).

Come with friends who discovered the bistro kitchen made in japon, very beautiful evening with exquisite and varied dishes.aubergines succulent .tout is perfect.seul bemol we smell a little the kitchen on the clothes but you see the head at work bravo.

It became my canteen. If you're in the hotel, you feel like you've travelled and arrived at the japon. What a pleasure to eat Japanese food cooked by Japanese (not Chinese). and other than sushi/maki. only hic: the waiting time that can be a bit long at peak hours (19:30 to 20:45)

We had a good evening: charming welcome, good sushi, delicious miso soup. It is absolutely necessary to taste their silky udons in their tasty broth! The tempuras are terrible. Try the experience of rice wine or saké, undivided and delicate. Don't miss the cream burnt with the black sesame! Of course still details to be perfect but we have dined and went to the japon thanks to the decoration. We'll be back soon!

A ce jour, l'akatsuki est mon restaurant favor de dijon. We had twice the opportunity to go in less than a month, once in a couple and once in a family. Definitely there is nothing to say: pretty typical decoration, fast and very pleasant service, delicious dishes. I have rarely seen waitresses as smiling, friendly and helpful as those of this restaurant!I warmly recommend katsudon and teriyaki salmon that are excellent, as well as delicious gyozas...I am a little disappointed by the tiramisu matcha whose mascarpone terni a little - in my opinion - the so good tastes of the year and the matcha cake. but it's really about saying that I'm not just doing a lot of compliments!); in short: go!
