After many years in summer we had made the European country unsafe, and we have experienced many changes in our autumn holiday, our summer holiday had to return to the fishland. here should be the name program, and we were on much delicious fish. in the quiet village therhagen we were finally confusing and related for two weeks a chic holiday home. as we used very with fresh fish, this is almost the only assessment from our vacation. the name fishland should therefore be program and so we looked for a fish restaurant in the area. But we were disappointed here. Many guest roses offer the fish only lunch table, for a cozy evening there were not too many fish restaurants in this corner. Finally we were intertwined in our small villages, and we decided to fish in the kirchstraße. When we arrived shortly after 19 hours, the small beer garden was fully occupied in front of the house, so we asked the Wetin if the weather was like a place inside. After reviewing their guests in the outdoor area, there was still a table in the dining room, the other tables kept them free for the guests in the beer garden who shortly later thundered from a strong summer fled to the interior. the wetin helped their guests, so we only had to wait 15 minutes for an order, but we found it completely ok. we had enough time to study the small but fine map in detail and could now complete the order. in the kitchen, we have learned that the couple of inns cooked the fishermen “fishery” for a short time after the turn that in the kitchen only with fresh fish and fresh ingredients and the woman throw the load this side of the kitchen door. However, given the size of the place, this is good for both. Since after the arrival of the Wetin the Zander but 350 gr was heavy, this also led to a cost of € 2.00 my big daughter and I decided to make the roasted Welsfilet with crimped butter, bratkartoffeln and salad lining for € 13.90. we both decided to pay €2.00 for a salad plate instead of the salad leaf. the wetin had the little dining room well in the handle, and so after a few minutes our drinks came to the table. fischsoljanka with toast for every 3,50 € also our fish Solynka with toast needed not very long, and was hot served. on the top of the fish soljanka (almost too big clecks sour, with a fresh slice of lemon and fresh toast. the soljanka strong and hearty in taste. the fish pieces unfortunately too small and crumble. I have already eaten other fish soljankas with significantly larger fish pieces. but delicious. Salad plate for 2.00 € price on the normal dish instead of the salad leaf, after we had destroyed our fish soups, also came the salad plate that we had converted to price against 2 euros. These were large and abundantly covered, unfortunately almost without exception with convienceware. so there were white herb salad, bean salad, carrot, cucumber salad and chicoreesalate garnished with two pieces of tomato and one piece of melon. because I am a fan of “saws”, the salad plate has cost me, but for the season you can also use more fresh ingredients. After almost 45 minutes, a gong was sung and the wetin rushed into the kitchen. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food we offer. small reviews were the crumbs soljanka and the salad plate. the fish itself creepy delicious, and seemingly really fresh from the fish. the bratkartoffeln real hearty home cooking. the price/performance ratio is completely ok, the prices are human. In total, we left fourteen euros in the region. Conclusion: The “Fischerstübchen” is a small gas house in the holiday village of Dierhagen. family jagla expand the tabs, because they do not need rented. a friendly and family atmosphere in the guest house make the stay a pleasant experience. the foods are freshly prepared, which is costly.
