Tim Hortons - Didsbury

We just came in to the store to wait for some friends. The employees dropped a coupe f bombs and they forgot a mobile order and then got mad at each other. It was pretty funny. Just an average Tims I guess.

My friends and I ordered a few breakfast items and drinks. Not sure what happened, but my omelette bites weren’t put in the oven long enough and were undercooked and runny. My friends ordered bagels with butter, one ended up burnt with no butter, and the other one ended up not toasted with what looked like a blob of butter slapped lazily.

Today around 8:15 AM I went through drive-through, and it took 10 mins. For my order to be Tooken. Because the guy who was taking my order at the speaker, couldn’t understand us and hear us, and then a girl took over and she was laughing, which I think is rude of her and makes the situation worse. The other five minutes it’s because the train, but there was cars still passing us in the other speaker. Once we got to the window, it felt like we were being rushed as well.

Worst Tim's ever I will drive to carstairs before coming here and I live in didsbury
