Mcdonald's - Dickson

I felt like I was in a McDonald's commercial. The counter staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food looked so good it could have been in a photo shoot, and it was hot and fresh. Not a single soggy item in my takeaway. Plus, this was late on Valentine's Day, so I was very impressed!

Conveniently located right off the interstate, this restaurant offers a new experience with self-service ordering terminals. This feature helps reduce wait times and ensures that your order is accurate. The establishment has a modern appearance and is situated alongside other shops, making it a practical stop for travelers.

My grandson and I enjoyed a large sweet tea, a large Dr. Pepper, and a McDouble. The burger was tasty, and the fries were excellent. The staff member was very friendly and cheerful!

After more than a week McDonalds in more than 5 states and 2 countries, I could finally order a salad. So Southwest Salat and Dr.Pepper for dinner. Unfortunately, there was no Mexican restaurant here. LOL!

Great experience from last night 12-21-22 we are costumer 275 and a guy taking all the orders named Alex caught our attention because in all of the States that we've went he is the most polite, most kind and most professional employee we've ever observed. All of them are doing a great job but Alex really stands out and we can tell his enjoying his job. Good job Mcdonalds we hope this young man finds a future in management someday within your company.
