Buffalo Wild Wings - Dickinson North

I ordered nachos. There was almost NO nacho cheese on them and they were cold. I ordered other stuff with it and they offered to deliver the nachos ahead of everything else. They came 30 minutes later. Pog moment.

Ordered the nachos, boneless wings and chicken sandwich. The nachos were cold and covered in globs of sour cream instead of a drizzle and had 4 chips with nacho cheese. Not nearly enough cheese. The wings didn't taste like sweet BBQ sauce but instead like taco sauce. The fries were bland and over cooked. The chicken sandwich was okay. Aside from the food being terrible the service was the worst. We were 1 of 4 tables in the entire restaurant and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Outrageous.

Played electronic pull tabs. Won 250 While getting paid out the Manger handed the cash to an employee in back kitchen. Employee didn't count money or provide receipt for machine pay out with cash out. Manger faked phone call to gm. Believe 1 of the two pocketed the missing 100. Would not produce receipt upon request. Could not show proof of payment.

Myself and my family stood at the door for 10min one waiting looked at us and never said a word. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered wings and cheese curds. Within 2 minutes of placing my order, i was given 12 old and cold wings tossed in sauce. I ate 11 of them, as i was there for work and had no time. I left 1 of the wings and informed the bartender that the wings were old and were cold. The cheese curds were cooked fresh. She informed the manager and 12 dollars was removed from my bill. Not at anytime did the manager make any attempt to come out and apologize for allowing cold and previously cooked food come out of the kitchen, where he was in while i was at the restaurant. I asked the bartender if I could speak with him. Upon him coming out and approaching me, i asked him how he could be in the kitchen as the manager and allow old and cold wings to come out of the kitchen. The manager stated Wal-Mart is paying a lot more and its hard to find good help. I honestly think that the management needs to be fired and new management needs to come in. To blame Wal-Mart for paying its workers more as an excuse for a manager to allow cold food to leave the kitchen shows the disgrace that Buffalo wild wings has become in the restaurant industry. That being said, to anyone reading this review, i would suggest the brewery in town or McDonald's. As Buffalo wild wings will likely serve you old food and the management could care less, as the other businesses pay better. Such a disgrace for a restaurant. The daytime bartender was amazing is the only thing i can say was positive about eating here.
